Outside of work, you’ll find me at home in Buckley, Washington — at the base of Mt. Rainier. My husband and I have aspirations to run a small lavender, honey, and cut flower farm, which keeps us busy in a different kind of operational rhythm and is a good reminder that some of the most meaningful work moves at its own pace.

My daughter is currently at Montana State University — the same school I attended briefly two decades ago, before life took a different shape. I raised her as a single mom through her high school graduation. That chapter shaped how I show up to this work as much as any role I've held.
